[Podcast] Season 2 Is Live

I’m thrilled to premiere a new season of the Dreaming Forward Podcast on YouTube and Spotify. I missed sharing nuggets, random thoughts, and wild career stories with you all; Season 2 is going to be even better than the first.

• I’ll still have monthly topics. Through the end of April, however, I’ll be discussing resilience. I knew it deserved a ton of airtime as so many of us are experiencing real difficulties - personally and professionally.

• I’m bringing the Dear Lil Sis segment as a monthly feature. I have been acting more and more as a mentor, and I see the value in transparently sharing my own journey to help other young women. Expect me to get even more real this season.

• Finally, I’ve added a new monthly segment called Out of Scope, which is an in-depth analysis on the positive leadership traits we can extract from unconventional leaders. Each episode of Out of Scope will feature a different character from TV, movies, and maybe a few books who we’re taught to see as a villain. But even villains have good to offer if we’re willing to shift our lens. The first segment will focus on BMF’s Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory and drops on 3/19.
